Associate Provider File Representative

Overview

Employer Industry: Healthcare Services

• Maintain accurate data in provider file systems, including updates to provider affiliations and demographic information
• Analyze file maintenance requests to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and guidelines
• Ensure data integrity by collecting and clarifying information from external sources
• Educate providers on obtaining and updating necessary identifiers for compliance
• Perform additional duties as assigned or requested

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year of experience in Provider Data Management, Credentialing, Customer Services, or Claims
• Ability to communicate effectively with both providers and customers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong typing/computer skills
• Strong problem-solving skills

• Experience with healthcare compliance and regulations
• Familiarity with provider enrollment processes and credentialing
