Position SummaryThe Patient Access Program Manager is an essential member of the Patient Access Corporate Services team and will report directly to the Administrator, Patient Access Services. The Program Manager will provide subject matter expertise to ensure compliance with federal, state, local and organizational guidelines and policies related to registration, scheduling, referrals, authorizations and point of service collections.
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or Business Analytics required.
- 5 years of Revenue Cycle experience in a tertiary care setting.
- One additional year of leadership or management experience in a health care or related setting may substitute for one year of education with a maximum substitution of two years.
- Knowledge of healthcare-based applications.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to be flexible and collaborative to identify and solve problems.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
