Easterseals PORT Health’s mission is to improve the lives, health and well-being of individuals and families dealing with substance use and mental health disorders. We are seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS,
A) / Suboxone Coordinator to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team in Greenville, NC.
As a LCAS / Suboxone Coordinator in our Outpatient clinic you will utilize screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop client treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCP’s). The PCPs will include input from the clients regarding treatment and diverse after-care plans. The LCAS may provide services to individuals and groups to include initiating contact and working with family members or support systems in the care process as well as referrals to other services for individuals addicted to opiates.

You’ll earn a competitive salary between $47,000 and 60,000 depending on skills and experience
. This full-time position offers a flexible schedule Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm with evening flexibility depending on program and client needs. This position is on-site and collaborates on our medication assistance team. We also offer competitive benefits for benefits eligible positions.

To join our team as the LCAS / Suboxone Coordinator you must have in-depth knowledge of different therapeutic approaches and group techniques as well as their practical application in an Outpatient setting, be able to work independently, be adept at problem solving and de-escalation in times of crisis. We also require:
- Full or provisional licensure: LCAS (A)
- Experience in Substance Use services preferred
