Travel Registered Nurse Orthopedics role at ECU Health
This is a 13‑week travel nursing position located in Greenville, North Carolina.
Base pay rangeUp to $63/hour with additional overtime and holiday rates.
Job Description & Requirements- Specialty:
Orthopedics - Discipline: RN
- Duration: 13 weeks
- 36 hours per week, 12‑hour shifts
- Travel nurse RN orthopedics for ECU Health Level I Trauma Center
- 32‑bed flex unit
- Staffing ratio: 1:4 RN‑to‑patient
- Primary population: patients requiring thoracotomies, amputations, weight‑loss surgery, joint replacement, orthopedic trauma, abdominal surgeries, complicated appendicitis or gallbladder surgeries; trauma overflow patients may also be admitted.
- Diploma in Nursing, Associates in Nursing or higher;
Bachelor’s Degree preferred. - More than 1 year of nursing experience.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
- Base pay: up to $63/hour for all travel nursing positions.
- 1.5x base hourly rate for overtime (over 40 hours) and holiday pay.
- Additional $3.00/hour for stand‑by pay and $2.00/hour for charge/preceptor pay.
