START Theraputic In-Home Coach

Serves as the primary contact supporting individuals in the coaching program with Developmental Disabilities and Mental Health challenges for the START Program (Systematic, Therapeutic, Assessment, Resources, and Treatment) to provide community-based intervention and prevention services to active participants within START. The program relies on integrated care and treatment with collaboration among all team members. Services include collaborative contacts, after-hour contacts, emergency team meetings, therapeutic coaching, and therapeutic respite.

We are looking for a Therapeutic In-Home Coach to join our team for the START Program!

Pay rate: $20.00

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services with 2 years' experience with the population

Responsibilities:

• Must be self-motivated and efficient with time
• Work with families and individuals to address identified needs and skills
• Develop strategies to improve coping mechanisms
• Help develop tools and strategies to enhance overall well-being

• Name checked in registries (OIG exclusions database, Child Abuse Registry, Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities)
• Drug testing
• Education verification and other credentialing as required
• Proof of employment history or references (if required)
• If transportation is required, provide proof of driver's license, insurance, and vehicle
