Assistant Branch Manager

We are hiring a Loan Specialist to support our customers with consumer financing. This role focuses on providing excellent service, processing credit applications, managing office cash, and improving account volume.

• Provide exceptional service to all customers.
• Process credit loan applications and present loan solutions.
• Maintain office cash with accuracy and proper security.
• Grow account volume through effective customer solicitations.
• Minimize delinquent debt through collections.
• Receive, track, and post all payments and fees in compliance with policy.
• Transport money and deposits to and from bank.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience in sales/retail or cash management.
• Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle with liability insurance.

This position is office‑based, delivering consumer loan products in person and over the phone. Typical hours are 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., Monday‑Friday, with some Saturdays required. Overtime may be required as needed.
