Manufacturing Engineer
Responsible for the development and improvement of product process solutions and handling of process abnormalities. Ensure production efficiency.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Development and maintenance of SOP.
- Setting and debugging of process parameter, as well as training and guidance of process requirements and operation specifications.
- Analysing and correcting process defects.
- Responsible for the coordination and solution of process abnormalities.
- Responsible for innovation and modification to improve efficiency of processes.
- Batch introduction of new products, new processes and new materials.
- Process debugging for new equipment and development of process standards.
SKILLS:
Education:
- Associate degree in science and engineering related disciplines.
- Minimum 1 year of related experience.
- Leading the development of SOPs and process control points for each process.
- Proven experience of effectively identifying the process related problems and promoting process improvement.
- Strong planning skills, good thinking, good communication and co‑ordination skills, organisational skills and creative ability
