ECU Health Physicians and ECU Health Medical Center are seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine Hospitalist (new graduates considered) to join their established hospitalist service at a 974‑bed Level 1 trauma center. The hospitalist service is part of a growing 9‑hospital, physician‑led health system with 42 physicians and 32 advanced practice providers.

• Rounding, admissions, discharges, and consults on the hospitalist service
• No ICU responsibilities (closed ICUs)
• No required procedures
• Use of EPIC EMR
• Moonlighting opportunities at 9 hospital sites
• Opportunities for teaching, quality improvement, and leadership development

• 7 on / 7 off schedule, 7 a.m.–7 p.m. (Tuesday–Monday)
• No call
• Average patient volume per provider: 16–18

• MD or DO
• Board eligible/board certified in Internal Medicine
• New graduates considered
