Development of treatment plans for newly diagnosed patients, chemotherapy oversight, supervision of advance practice provider for follow up patients, participation in tumor board, and rounding at local hospital-Support from Health Cancer Center multidisciplinary team in Greenville, NC-EMR- EPIC-Live near the coastal areas of North Carolina outer and inner banks
