Student Employment - Illustration Figure Models

Location:

East Carolina University, Jenkins Fine Arts Building (other on‑campus locations possible) Pay: $12.00 per hour

Schedule:

Classes on Mondays and Tuesdays, 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM and 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (regular semester schedule preferred) Vacancies: 10 Posting Number: 07838

• Model live during art classes, holding dynamic, self‑direct poses that differ from traditional ‘at rest’ positions.
• Pose duration ranges from one to 15 minutes, with periodic breaks.
• Models may be dressed in casual attire and may choose their pose if preferred.
• Rotate throughout the semester; not required to work every class session, but regular semester participation is preferred.

• Current student in the School of Art or related major.
• Dynamic, self‑directed posing ability (athletics, dancing, acting, or similar skill set).
• Comfortable with live modeling and willingness to strike dynamic poses in motion and still.
• Preferred: athletes, dancers, actors, or any student willing to pose dynamically.

Hourly pay of $12.00 per hour.
