Duties & Responsibilities – Hourly Rate
- Inspect rooms prior to and after conferences, including distribution and collection linen
- Manage meal cards, parking passes, and key inventory for summer guests
- Perform summer camp and conference check‑in and check‑out duties
- Utilize Iris software to track damages, lost keys, and other details important to camps and conferences
- Hourly Rate: $10.00 per hour
Duties & Responsibilities – Pay and Housing Accommodations
- Inspect rooms prior to and after conferences, including distribution and collection linen
- Manage meal cards, parking passes, and key inventory for summer guests
- Perform summer camp and conference check‑in and check‑out duties
- Utilize Iris software to track damages, lost keys, and other details important to camps and conferences
- Be available in the evenings, weekdays and weekends, in the residence halls to help ensure safety/security of buildings and our camp participants
- $500 bi-weekly, gold bucks, single room accommodation – depending on the needs of the conference program
- Report and follow‑up on maintenance and housekeeping concerns as needed
- Serve as positive University representatives on and off campus as well as online
- Provide excellent customer service to camp and conference guests at East Carolina University
- Participate in departmental initiatives
- Understand and enforce University policies and procedures appropriately
- Other duties as assigned
