Hours: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday‑Friday; occasional after‑5 p.m. and weekend hours possible.
Schedule: Flexible – two to three days a week, to be arranged with gallery staff.
Responsibilities- Exhibition preparation and documentation
- Archiving Gray Gallery exhibition materials and the permanent collection
- Office organization
- Database entry for inventory
- Basic art‑handling (i.e. art storage, protection and organization)
- Monitoring the gallery and helping direct guests as they view exhibitions
Candidates must be organized, able to work independently, able to lift up to 40 pounds, and communicate professionally.
