Assistant Store Manager – Highway One, Greenville, MS

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Assistant Store Managers also lead departments, support the General Manager, and manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management.

They set goals, delegate tasks to their teams, follow up, and report results to the crew and fellow managers.

Prior McDonald’s Department Manager Experience Is Preferred.
