• Generate process orders; verify required HALB and packaging inventory levels to adequately produce the orders; investigate shortages and resolve issues.
• Process production paperwork: enter batch sheet information into SAP and work closely with QA Lab to obtain needed releases efficiently.
• Responsible for cycle count inventory processes to ensure accuracy and timely execution. Participate in quarterly inventory count processes.
• Maintain inventory records with accurate and detailed information when inventory adjustments are necessary.
• Prepare reports for customers as required (receiving, shipments, production, inventory, damages, etc.).
• Process invoices for finished products, warehouse storage costs, cleanouts, and special billings to customers.
• Provide back-up coverage for other inventory specialists and other office staff when required, training as necessary.
• On a daily and monthly basis lead efforts to reduce and eliminate shop order variances. Note errors and develop plans to eliminate the error sources.
• Input into SAP daily receivers and check for inaccuracies in customer receiver amounts or errors from receiving area. Use information including BOL from customers and weight tickets.
• Provide friendly and professional support to tolling customers.
• Model our core value of safety by actively contributing to a safe work environment.

• Bachelor's degree; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years work experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or inventory preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP or equivalent business software considered an asset.
