Provides 70% of time to direct staffing.
Responsible for coordination, implementation, and maintenance of clinical education, competencies, and performance improvement.
Participates in the development of educational policies and procedures.
Serves as a resource person to staff and management.
Assists the director in unit-specific administrative and clinical functions.
Current MS Registered Nurse license required.
Certification as an instructor in BLS and/or ACLS preferred.
