Job Description
Handles internal and external guest’s transaction in the Casino cage, accurately redeems guest’s gaming chips and slots payout tickets, cashes guest’s personal checks, electronic checks, credit card advances and markers, and pays/reimburses jackpots for Slots. Payouts for guest’s prizes verifying all appropriate identification. Redeems chips and makes change for Food & Beverage staff and other team members’ transactions as deemed appropriate by Casino Management.
Follows the company’s Trop Core Values at all times. Knowledge of Title 31 Bank Secrecy Act for large cash transactions and recording/reporting requirements, MS Gaming regulations, and internal controls, policies and procedures. Must be available for regular scheduled work and flexible schedules when needed for department coverage, training and meetings. Performs any other duties as assigned by management.
