Experience with groundwork tasks such as trenching, piping, and drilling, or prior background in solar installations, is highly valued. Heat fusion skills are a plus; however, we offer comprehensive on-the-job training for all aspects of this role if you have the drive and enthusiasm to learn.

Typical work hours are 6:30 am – 3:00 pm with a 30 minute lunch break. Overtime may be required on an as-needed basis with time-and-a-half pay. This position is an hourly compensation plan. While the goal is a 40-hour work week, that is not guaranteed.

Benefits include health insurance (company-paid) and dental and vision offerings. After a 90-day probationary period, the employee is eligible for 5 days PTO with an additional 5 days after 6 months of employment for 10 PTO days total within the first year of employment.

An Important Note About Us

We aim to stop stuff from rolling downhill. We strongly emphasize leaving each interaction, job site, situation, etc. better than when you found it. We prioritize customer service, positive fellow trade interaction, and quality.

Here’s the cheat sheet on being a team player, and therefore, how we prioritize tasks, jobs, projects, and goals while keeping the highest quality in mind:

CUSTOMER > TEAM > INDIVIDUAL

When in doubt, do what’s best for the customer, always prioritizing quality, then our team, and finally yourself. This isn’t to say you have to meet unrealistic expectations. But, within the realm of reality and sanity, we should do everything we can to leave our customers feeling like they’re the most important part of our workday – not an afterthought or problem.

Don’t agree to something when we’re not justifiably confident we can deliver. Look out for each other. Approach problems with a solutions-oriented mindset. That s what we live by.
