Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Control Specialist located in Greenville, AL. Responsibilities include overseeing production schedules, coordinating inventory and materials management activities, monitoring workflow efficiency, and ensuring timely execution of production processes. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets while maintaining adherence to quality and safety standards.

• Experience in production planning, scheduling, and workflow management
• Proficiency in inventory control, materials management, and supply chain coordination
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot production challenges
• Knowledge in quality assurance and compliance with safety protocols in a manufacturing setting
• Strong data entry and computer software skills (Microsoft Suites), SAP
• Proficiency in production-related software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Supply-Chain Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in automotive manufacturing or a similar industry is an advantage
