Independence Health System - - Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and indirect patient care in accordance with hospital policies, procedures, protocols and standards of care.;
Assist in activities of daily living and respond to patient/family needs in a timely manner.;
Make regular rounds to address patient needs and environmental conditions; provide education to promote health and self-care.;
Collaborate with RN/LPN and other health care providers to ensure continuous patient care and smooth transfers.;
