Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour rotating shifts

• Maintain 2:1 patient ratios during days, nights, and weekends

• Weekend coverage required

• 12 hours of orientation provided

• Care for adult and geriatric patients in a 22-bed ICU unit

• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

• Valid Pennsylvania license or Compact license required at time of submission

• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required

• Previous charge experience preferred

• Cerner charting system experience preferred

• Community hospital experience preferred

• Must be proficient in cardiovascular, medical, and surgical intensive care

• Skills include ECMO care, post-cardiac surgery management, ventilator management, arterial line management, and critical care procedures

• Float within hospital when needed

• Work with interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
