This position is for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the employer and is responsible for all employment matters. McDonald’s USA has no control over hiring, firing, discipline, or scheduling at the restaurant.

The General Manager runs a high-volume restaurant and ensures the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The role requires setting goals, coaching Department Managers, hiring Shift Managers, and leading teams to achieve restaurant objectives.

• Lead a team of Department Managers and set departmental goals.
• Coaching and direction to improve Department performance and drive restaurant success.
• Hire, develop, and manage Department and Shift Managers.
• Maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Collaborate with corporate to set restaurant goals and create action plans.

• Previous General Manager experience running high-volume quick-service restaurants.
• Strong background in hospitality, retail, or quick-service restaurants.
• 18 years or older to qualify for a manager position.
• Ability to coach, develop, and motivate a high-performing team.
