Parts Inventory Specialist

Job Purpose

Support Maintenance by controlling Spare Parts Inventory

• Maintain inventory, including quoting, ordering, stocking, recording, and reporting
• Work on cost savings through material usage data
• Track and record the budget for department spending
• Prepare parts to be sent out for repair
• Support safety and 5S within the department

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience with Excel & Outlook

• Parts department inventory control 2 years
• Financial skills (e.g. budgeting, calculating, and general accounting)

• Exceptional organizational skills
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent time management
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent prioritization skills

• This job operates primarily in an office setting
• This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.

• May require lifting to 30lbs, standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
• Climbing stairs and small ladders in the storeroom.
