This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Associate located in Greensboro, NC. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and stocking inventory, processing and preparing orders for delivery, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and ensuring accurate shipping and receiving documentation. Additional tasks include assisting with inventory management, coordinating with team members, and providing support for overall warehouse operations to ensure seamless functionality.

• Proficiency in inventory management, organization, and stock control
• Skills in shipping, receiving, and processing orders accurately
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move items, and perform manual labor
• Strong attention to detail and aptitude for accuracy in documentation
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent is desirable
• Knowledge of Eaton gear line is desirable
