• Full‑time – 4 shifts per week (8–12 hour shifts)
• Part‑time – 2‑3 shifts per week (still 8–12 hour shifts)

Total average earnings: $19–$23 per hour

• The day starts with a commercial vehicle inspection, followed by a morning meeting.
• Teams of two will head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces.
• Provide detailed estimates/quotes and final pricing to each customer.
• Once your truck is full, you will dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities.
• To run efficiently, teams must maintain communication throughout the day with our dedicated and fun operations team.
• Feel amazing about helping your community.

• 21+ years of age (Required for commercial truck insurance)
• Valid driver’s license (No CDL required!)
• Clean driving history for 3 years (No points, suspensions, or violations)
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Positive and friendly attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Previous sales and customer service experience will aid your success within the team
