What You ll DoThe Youth Focus’ My Sister Susan’s House (MSSH) provides supervised housing for pregnant and parenting youth ages 16-21 for up to 18 months. The Program coach provides support to youth in a residential setting, helping them learn independent living skills. The program coach is responsible for assisting clients with goal setting, providing case management, facilitating groups, supervising outings, providing transportation, ensuring the house is clean and tour ready, administering medications as needed, and providing overall support in a therapeutic environment.
This is a 3rd shift standby/sleep position at The Youth Focus’ My Sister Susan’s House program. This position is on-site, providing standby support during overnight hours. While on standby, Program Coach can sleep. Sleep hours are paid at the federal minimum wage. Program Coach’s agency wage is paid for any awake hours or for other day-time shifts worked.
Schedule: 3rd Shift – standby/sleep - 36 hour:
Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays (11:00pm until 8:00am the following morning)

QualificationsEducation and Experience
- Minimum of 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma/ Equivalent Required. Experience with population preferred.
- Job applicants must be female - This program serves expectant or new mothers, and the staff member works alone for the majority of her shift. Because the job requires rooms checks and assistance with personal hygiene, breast feeding, and pre- and post-natal care.
