As a Maintenance Technician
, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our residents by ensuring our property is safe, attractive, and well‑maintained. You’ll work closely with our property management team and gain hands‑on experience in a variety of trades.
- Prepare apartments for new residents (turns & move‑outs)
- Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
- Keep exterior areas clean and well‑presented (curb appeal)
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance
- Daily trash pickup and grounds upkeep
- Maintain trash compactors and swimming pools (in season)
- Troubleshoot and repair:
- Plumbing
- Basic electrical
- Appliances
- Carpentry & drywall
- Roofing & flooring
- Check irrigation systems
- Maintain accurate records of work and materials used
- Participate in the on‑call maintenance rotation
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements
What You Bring- High school diploma or GED
- 1–3 months of related experience (preferred but not required)
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Your own set of tools
- Certifications such as HVAC, CFC, or CPO (preferred but not required)
