Full‑time Restoration Technician in Greensboro. Pay up to $25 per hour depending on experience. Respond to emergencies and restore properties after water, fire, or other damage. Requires the ability to travel up to 25% of the time and be on‑call 24/7.

The Technician is the first responder on property loss situations and mitigates damage in residential and commercial structures, including water mitigation, structural board‑up, on‑location cleaning, microbial remediation, content pack‑outs, and more.

• Water extraction and mitigation
• Fire and smoke cleaning and restoration
• Microbial remediation
• Vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard clean‑up
• Demolition
• Field management and supervision of all temporary labor personnel
• Provide the highest level of customer service with empathy
• All other duties or projects as assigned

• Valid driver’s license
• Successful completion of national criminal background check and motor vehicle report background check
• Successful pre‑employment drug screening
• Availability to be on-call 24/7
• One year of restoration industry or maintenance experience preferred
• Previous experience and IIRC certifications are a plus but not required; training is available

Work environment typically quiet. Reasonable accommodations may be made for disabilities. Physical demands include occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds; regular sitting, use of hands and fingers, reaching, speaking, hearing, walking.

Occasional travel (less than 25% of the time). Some out‑of‑area and overnight travel may be expected for training or meetings.

Competitive base pay between $20 and $25 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits as listed.
