Industrial Millwright​/Mechanical Technician

Travel:
Up to 90%

• Install, maintain, and repair pumps, compressors, blowers, fans, gearboxes, shafts, bearings, seals, and couplings
• Fabricate and maintain piping and duct systems
• Perform equipment alignments, balancing, and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot and overhaul machinery and mechanical systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings
• Safely rig, lift, and move heavy equipment using hoists, cranes, and dollies
• Assemble, align, and install equipment foundations and components
• Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives (OSHA & PSM compliance)

• Proven experience in industrial or mechanical maintenance
• Strong blueprint reading and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to plan work, solve problems, and make precision adjustments
• Comfortable working at heights and in a variety of environments
• Willingness to travel frequently
