Industrial Millwright / Mechanical Technician

We're looking for a skilled, hands-on professional with strong mechanical aptitude to build, repair, and maintain industrial equipment and systems. This role requires expertise across multiple trades - including machine repair, pipe fitting, sheet metal, millwright work, ironwork, and welding.

What You'll Do

* Install, maintain, and repair pumps, compressors, blowers, fans, gearboxes, shafts, bearings, seals, and couplings

* Fabricate and maintain piping and duct systems

* Perform equipment alignments, balancing, and preventative maintenance

* Troubleshoot and overhaul machinery and mechanical systems

* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings

* Safely rig, lift, and move heavy equipment using hoists, cranes, and dollies

* Assemble, align, and install equipment foundations and components

* Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives (OSHA & PSM compliance)

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience in industrial or mechanical maintenance

* Strong blueprint reading and mechanical troubleshooting skills

* Ability to plan work, solve problems, and make precision adjustments

* Comfortable working at heights and in a variety of environments

* Willingness to travel frequently
