HVAC Controls Technician Typical Duties

• Troubleshoot and determine the need for repairs or replacement of instrumentation and end devices.
• Loop check and provide commission start-up assistance to a programmer.
• Set-up and start Viable Frequency Drives (VFD's).
• Install and terminate instrumentation per layout drawings and wiring diagrams.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in programming Tridium HVAC controls systems preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service field preferred.
• Carrier CCN and i‑Vue experience a plus.
• Electrical experience including routing of conduit and ability to read electrical schematics a plus.
• Must be willing to travel to out of town job sites and occasional extended stay periods (usually 1 to 2 weeks).
