Service Helper

As a Service Helper you will be:

• Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials at job sites
• Prepare work areas by setting up ladders, safety equipment, and material staging areas
• Help with cleanup and proper disposal of materials after job completion
• Learn and assist with basic roofing repair techniques and material applications
• Assist with basic measurements and material calculations
• Always follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Communicate with clients and job site personnel about project needs and status updates
• Serve as a liaison between Service Manager and field teams

Our ideal candidate will:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• 3 years of driving experience
• Previous experience in construction, roofing or related field preferred but not required
• Familiarity with common hand and power tools preferred
• Bi-lingual (English-Spanish) preferred but not required
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
