Template Technician

The Template Technician is a full-time, hourly position based in the Greensboro, NC region. This role requires travel up to 4 hours, including the VA area, to accurately template granite/stone projects on-site. The primary responsibility is to take precise jobsite measurements and gather installation information for estimating sales and providing detailed specifications for the fabrication and installation of granite products.

• Template designated areas within commercial and residential jobsites.
• Act as the liaison between the sales staff and the customer when required.
• Work with Scheduling Team and Fabrication facility to meet predetermined deadlines.
• Communicate with sales staff as needed.
• Process measure information in a timely manner.
• Have general knowledge about all facets of granite fabrication and installation procedures.
• Expedite jobs as needed.

• Ability to analyze technical data.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record that meets the minimum requirements of the company's insurance provider. Majestic endorses all applicable State motor vehicle regulations relating to driver responsibility.
• Ability to read and analyze blueprints.
• Ability to learn the company computer software program.
• Mathematical competency.
