Base Pay Range

$45,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr

Mission

Increase sales for customers, manage the sales process internally to ensure proper delivery of sales orders and coordinate with internal stakeholders' customer´s claims and requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Execute outbound campaigns to promote sales.
  • Provide information about products' features, prices etc. and present their benefits to customers.
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
  • Record the customer's personal information accurately into CRM system (Sales Force).
  • Receive and input orders into the ERP system (SAP).
  • Manage shipment for sales orders to customers with freight company.
  • Manage customer claims.
Experience
  • Experience handling marketing campaigns, telemarketing, sales.
  • Experience gained within bus manufacturers, OEM organizations or suppliers in the automotive industry would be desirable.
  • Experience working with  or similar CRM platform.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Other Considerations
  • This position is on-site.
  • $45,000-$50,000 annually.
  • Up to 50% in sales commissions.
