Service Account Manager

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Service Account Manager to join our team. The Service Account Manager will oversee and manage customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction by addressing customer concerns, maintaining relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth. Daily responsibilities include managing client communications, implementing service strategies to meet client needs, coordinating with internal teams, and creating reports on account performance. The role also involve pursuing sales opportunities to expand the reach of the company's services.

• Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive client experience and resolve issues efficiently.
• Experience in Account Management and Sales to develop, maintain, and grow client relationships and business opportunities.
• Strong Communication skills to clearly convey information, maintain trust, and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Proven organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing client needs and challenges.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in customer-oriented roles in an industrial or service-oriented industry is a plus.
