DHL is looking for an Account Executive to consult with business owners and introduce them to the world’s #1 logistics company. You will own a territory, manage the largest and most complex negotiations, and build lasting relationships while driving revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Uncover opportunities for new business within the assigned territory by cultivating leads and leveraging your network.
- Design customized presentations to showcase DHL services to decision makers and close new business.
- Build revenue streams with current customers and evaluate opportunities to increase relationships through face‑to‑face visits, problem solving, and follow‑up.
- Leverage your knowledge as a Certified International Specialist Master to help businesses improve relationships with customers.
- Ensure high post‑sale satisfaction and sustain positive long‑term relationships.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to improve sales and revenue growth within the territory.
- Typically a BA/BS degree.
- 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably selling services.
- Strong negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Bi‑lingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; CRM experience preferred.
- Experience in transportation, service solutions, or international sales highly preferred.
- Candidate may be asked to complete a work sample, panel presentation, or skills assessment.
