Insurance Agent (Base salary + Uncapped commissions)

Comparion Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated Licensed Sales Agent to join our growing team in the Greensboro, NC area. This is a remote role focused on building strong local relationships and in‑person community relationship building.

• Generate new business through networking, prospecting, and building a customer base.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships and relationships with carrier partners.
• Qualify and present insurance products such as Auto, Home, and Life to prospective and existing customers.
• Work remotely while representing agency relationships in the community and ensuring compliance with agency policies.

• Active property, casualty, and life insurance licenses prior to employment.
• Prior experience with networking/prospecting and building a sales pipeline.
• Excellent written and oral communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Strong time‑management, organizational and learning abilities for insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines.
• Proven relationship‑building with clients and an intuitive ability to lead and collaborate with colleagues.

• Previous sales experience turning prospects into customers.
• State insurance license – willing to obtain prior to starting.

• Typical training salary $50k – $60k; potential first‑year total compensation $55k – $75k; top performers can earn over $100k.
• Uncapped base salary plus commissions and bonuses.
• Paid training including licensing, mentorship, sales support, and commission for leads even if other team members close deals.
