Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth? We're seeking a B2B Sales Representative
to lead sales efforts, manage customer accounts, and develop strategies to grow our market presence in a designated region. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, has a knack for connecting with clients, and is excited to make an impact in a dynamic industry.
- Ownership of Your Territory – Take charge of expanding our presence by nurturing relationships with existing clients and acquiring new ones.
- Drive Sales Success – Leverage our products and offerings to increase market share seasonally and annually.
- Industry Expertise – Stay ahead of industry trends, monitor competitors, and uncover new market opportunities.
- Customer-Centric Approach – Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions for an exceptional experience.
- Collaboration with Teams – Partner with Sales and company Leaders, and Product Designers to align sales strategies with product offerings.
- Strategic Decision-Making – Develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage expenses, and contribute to overall business growth.
- Industry Networking – Represent the company at trade shows and events, building connections and promoting new products while strengthening existing relationships.
- Flexibility – Enjoy the freedom of working remotely with the requirement to travel 50% of the time, including visits to the office and showroom.
- Relationship Management & Sales – You're a natural at connecting with people, managing accounts, and expanding business.
- Strategic Mindset – You identify growth opportunities and create effective sales strategies to seize them.
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills – Your ability to communicate persuasively helps build trust and close deals successfully.
- Self-Motivated & Goal-Driven – You thrive in an independent work environment and take ownership of achieving your goals.
- Industry Knowledge – Experience in upholstery, home goods, textiles, or luxury products is highly desirable.
- Willingness to Travel – Comfortable with up to 50% travel and working remotely when not in the office.
- Education
:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Textiles, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Experience
:
Minimum of 2 years in B2B sales and/or marketing, preferably in retail or specialty products. - Preferred Background
:
Experience in upholstery, home goods, luxury products, or textiles. - Tech-Savvy
:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce, Lusha, Zoom Info, etc.). - Physical Capability
:
Ability to lift and transport sample bags weighing up to 70 lbs.
