Direct Marketing Associate - Greater Greensboro, NC

Renewal by Andersen is the full-service replacement window division of Andersen Corporation. We are looking for a Direct Marketing Associate in the Greater Carolinas to generate highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing and build lasting customer relationships.

This position offers uncapped commission in addition to base pay. Base pay starts at $18.50 per hour. Successful candidates are expected to earn over $80,000 on-target earnings (OTE) in the first year.

• Vigorously generate leads by engaging in door-to-door campaigning in the assigned territory, following the instructions of the Canvassing Program Manager.
• Transport yourself to assigned territory and represent Renewal by Andersen professionally at all times.
• Use the Renewal by Andersen mapping program and business applications to accurately record and track data on houses and prospective customers.
• Maintain a courteous, neat appearance, wear proper uniform, and comply with municipality permitting requirements.
• Attend company meetings as required.
• Communicate with the Canvassing Program Manager to suggest ideas that can improve the effectiveness of the canvassing program.
• Master Renewal by Andersen methodology, products, and current promotional offerings; become a Signature Service expert.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum age of 18 to be covered under the company driving insurance policy.
• Reliable transportation to navigate assigned territory.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Goal‑oriented and self‑motivated.
• Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets.
• Physically able to stand and walk 3 to 5 miles a day.
