A Cleaner World, a trusted name in the Triad area, is seeking a Route Sales & Delivery Driver to join our team in Greensboro, NC, and surrounding areas. This full-time position offers the opportunity to build and manage your own dry cleaning delivery route, combining delivery driving with outside sales and customer acquisition. As a brand ambassador, you will engage with residential and small business customers, promote our services, and play a key role in growing recurring revenue.

- Drive a company vehicle to provide dry cleaning pickup and delivery throughout the Raleigh market
- Actively prospect and sign up new customers through face-to-face sales and referrals
- Build and manage a profitable delivery route
- Promote dry cleaning, laundry, and convenience services to customers
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
- Upsell services to increase route revenue and commission
- Track deliveries, sales activity, and customer notes using mobile tools
- Represent A Cleaner World professionally at all times
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift and carry garment bags and laundry items
- Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Competitive, outgoing, and goal-oriented attitude
- Enjoys engaging with people and initiating conversations
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Prior route sales, delivery, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
$35,000-$50,000 average per year
($16 per hour +new customer bonuses + commission)
