Empire Today is looking for go-getters to meet face-to-face with our customers in their homes and help find the best flooring products for their needs. Hot leads generally within a 1-hour radius. Customers have called Empire and asked for an in-home flooring estimate. You can use the strength of a well-known brand to generate more money through referrals and prospecting additional customers.

- Use pre-qualified leads to generate sales and referrals
- Attend paid training sessions and sales meetings
- Valid driver’s license and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards; ability to drive the vehicle with sample boards
- Valid auto insurance
- Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs
- Availability for evening & weekend appointments
- Ability to use a tablet device and laser measuring device to facilitate diagramming and contract preparation
- Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel
