Responsibilities
- Start with a paid training program tailored to equip you with in-depth product knowledge, various sales techniques, and the ability to make initial sales calls, under the guidance of experts in our products and sales.
- Generate leads through self-conducted research and networking, actively making multiple cold calls and appointments to pursue new business opportunities.
- Execute a daily sales plan in your local territory to meet and exceed sales goals, promoting and selling our products and meeting customer needs.
- Receive professional coaching as needed to ensure your success.
Opening new accounts involves friendly communication and making new connections.
Time ManagementManaging time to ensure you contact and sell products to reach your targets. Submitting all written reports required by corporate management in a timely manner.
Product KnowledgeEmphasizing product features, answering customer questions, and discussing customer needs. Developing profitable business plans and managing accounts.
ProfessionalismMaintaining customer relationships and providing excellent customer care. Utilize CRM technology to track leads and daily activity.
