Overview
This is a part time position. Primary responsibility is to take excellent care of our customers by satisfying customer needs and expectations. This requires maintaining the price file, shelf tag accuracy, and signs for the entire store. It also requires accurately and effectively checking in DSD vendors and maintaining all documents and copies for proper accountability. Associates must be at least 18 years of age.

- Maintain price file accuracy, shelf tags, and store signage.
- Check in DSD vendors and maintain all related documents for accountability.
- Provide excellent customer service and work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
- Perform duties in accordance with company training and standards.
- Personal skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills; willingness to participate in and successfully complete training.
- Education and/or experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to understand and effectively use billing and accounting principles and processes.
- Language skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English. Ability to write simple correspondence in English. Ability to present information one-on-one and in small groups to English-speaking customers and associates.
- Mathematical skills: Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and perform these operations using U.S. money and weight units.
- Reasoning ability: Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Certifications, licenses, regulations: Complete company training including new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, harassment, Scanning Coordinator technical skills training, Scanning Coordinator Certification, Vendor Receiving technical skills training, and Vendor Receiving Certification.
