Part‑Time Store Sales Associate

Location: Greensboro, NC
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour, paid weekly.
Shift: Part‑time Day Shift (Weekends as needed).
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Saturday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
- Sunday:

As a Part‑time Store Sales Associate you will engage directly with customers to help them select the right products for their painting projects. This role emphasizes customer service and requires a confident, responsible individual who takes initiative. At The Pittsburgh Paints Co. you'll have the opportunity to showcase your skills and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities- Connecting with customers and making product recommendations.
- Mix, tint, and match paint to meet customer specifications.
- Learn about PPC Brands and help customers in-store.
- Process orders and payments via phone, in person, online, and email.
- Tinting and color matching customer requirements.
- Safely handle, load, and unload products for stocking and order fulfillment.
- Support general store operations as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license issued by the state in which the position is based with a satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly.
- Customer service skills with a team‑oriented focus.
- Available to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime.
