Position Summary
As a Senior Meat Cutter you will drive sales in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.
What You’ll Do- Team Member: collaborates with cross‑functional teams, educates other associates on tools, tasks and resources, maintains inventory levels and controls shrinkage.
- Expert: maintains an in‑depth knowledge of the various types and seasonality of meat products, processes meat according to specifications, ensures compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
- Techie: leverages digital tools to drive sales, improves the shopping experience and elevates associate engagement using handheld technology for immediate business decisions.
- Owner: drives the business results, ensures operational excellence, plans for profitability and maintains a work area meeting company policies and procedures.
- Talent Ambassador: advocates for the department and the club, models high quality service and products, executes the basics at the highest possible level of quality and assists in training associates.
Complies with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy and applying these in executing business processes and practices.

CompensationThe hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
- 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
