Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Join our freezer, cooler, and deli team where you will help keep shelves stocked and maintain sanitary conditions of our freezers and coolers. In the deli department, you will participate in front-line customer service, contributing to a positive shopping experience for members.

• Ensure high-quality products are available for our members and properly displayed
• Maintain clean shelves, monitor temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser-quality food products
• Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
• Follow safety standards and procedures, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, locating merchandise, assisting with decisions, and resolving issues
• Follow policies related to Freezer/Cooler areas, including food handling, equipment sanitation, cold chain procedures, and area cleaning

• Minimum Qualifications:
  
  Must be 18 years of age or older

• Passion for stocking and customer service with a focus on member satisfaction
• Ability to adapt to change and think creatively to drive improvements

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
