Overview
Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $25.00/hr this range is provided by Sam's Club. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Responsibilities- Be a Team Member:
Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; mentor new technicians; communicate and develop interpersonal skills for safe and efficient customer service. - Be an Expert:
Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, and point-of-sale systems; apply knowledge to in-person selling and customer interactions. - Be a Techie:
Leverage digital tools to plan for and drive sales; improve the service experience and associate engagement; use handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to services, safety alerts, product information, and training. - Be an Owner:
Manage equipment, tools, and supplies; monitor returns and special orders; operate cash registers and process transactions; ensure inventory accuracy and compliance; identify member needs and assist with purchasing decisions; resolve issues and document activities. - Be a Talent Ambassador:
Represent the brand by delivering high-quality service and products; train and support teammates; understand and address roadblocks to facilitate training. - Adhere to company policies and ethics by applying applicable action plans and using the Open Door Policy in daily operations.

- Minimum Qualifications: Valid state-issued driver’s license; 18 years of age or older.
