Base pay range: $15.00/hr – $15.00/hr

Shift Supervisors must be energetic and willing to always learn new things. They must engage customers and team, educating them on healthy eating. Certified in Front of House positions (starter, builder, dressings, broth, cash, dining room) and in prep, grill and dish. Taught basic administration for management, how to manage front line and perform daily food counts.

• Lead a team of staff.
• Manage daily operations of the Eatery when manager on duty.
• Provide highest possible level of care to guests.
• Build and develop crew to be better today than yesterday.
• Handle any guest requests.
• Communicate with Head Coach Manager and management team on positives or issues during shift.
• Count nightly inventory.

• Have at least 1 year restaurant supervisory experience.
• Bring a bright, positive and vibrant attitude to work.
• Give above and beyond effort.
• Willing to learn and are coachable.
• Will take initiative and take on tasks without being asked.
• Take pride in the work they do.
