Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

* Smile and create emotional connections with guests

* Maintain eye contact and speak enthusiastically

* Multitask quickly and thoroughly

* Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code

* Communicate effectively with guests and team members

* Work on your feet for several hours at a time

* Other duties as assigned

* Meal allowance for every shift worked

* Free tuition through Point University Online (for qualified Team Members)

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Cheerful and positive attitude

* Loves serving and helping others

* Strong interpersonal and detail-oriented skills

* Works well independently and in a team environment

* Flexible schedule availability

* Ability to lift and carry 50lbs regularly

* Ability to stand for long periods of time
