In this role, you will play a key part in helping clients find their perfect homes and investment properties. You will work closely with buyers to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and guide them seamlessly through every step of the home‑buying process.

Applicants must have started their licensing courses before applying. Completion of your real estate license is required prior to officially joining our team.

Responsibilities
  • Graduate from PLACE Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology & Playbooks
  • Conduct two open houses weekly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to morning huddles, weekly coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualifications
  • Team player
  • Licensed real estate professional
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Learning based, growth‑minded
  • Organized
  • Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Industry experience preferred
