Position Details:
Shift(s): 1st Shift 8 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday (with occasional overtime or weekends as needed)
Starting Pay: $15.00/hour and up, depending on experience

As a Groundskeeper team member, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the grounds and outdoor areas
- Perform landscaping duties such as mowing, weeding, trimming, and planting
- Ensure safety of outdoor areas for residents and visitors by maintaining walkways and other outdoor structures
- Assist with seasonal upkeep, including leaf removal and snow clearing when necessary
- Work collaboratively with the facilities team to support events and activities
- Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition
- Report any damage or potential hazards to the facilities team
- Maintain grounds that enhance the overall environment and vibrancy of the community
Required:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Knowledge of landscaping and maintenance practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to effectively communicate and complete required tasks, including training and documentation
Preferred:
- Knowledge of seasonal landscaping practices and maintenance
- Ability to use power equipment (e.g., lawnmowers, blowers, trimmers, etc.)
- Ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance on grounds equipment
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions and during varying seasons
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle when necessary
- High school diploma/GED
